There’s a new way to enjoy warm summer Sundays in the city, and it’s brought to life by La Cupola at Park Hyatt Milan. From June 15 through mid-September, the hotel’s elegant lounge welcomes guests to a unique culinary experience: the EGGSquisite Summer Brunch.

A brunch that becomes a refined gastronomic journey—offering gourmet creations, seasonal freshness, and international flair. The undisputed star of the menu is the egg, presented in all its forms and reinterpreted by Chef Guido Paternollo.

From mini omelette rolls with vegetables and fresh herbs to deviled eggs in two versions (smoked paprika and curry), along with single-portion frittatas, vegetable flans, mimosa eggs, and vol-au-vents with quail eggs and avocado—the savory buffet celebrates the versatility of this iconic ingredient. Complemented by seasonal dishes such as gazpacho, caprese, fresh salads, and shrimp cocktails, the selection also includes local cheeses and cured meats, as well as an array of breads, focaccias, and pizza by the slice.

Equally rich is the dessert buffet, a tribute to the vibrant colors and flavors of summer: fresh fruit, berry cheesecake, coconut and mango panna cotta, pastel macarons, mini tartlets, pies, pain au chocolat, pancakes, crêpes, artisanal cakes, and more—offering a sweet finale to match the spirit of the season.
